How much lead time does Daylight Donuts need for my custom order?
We need at least 48 hours notice on any custom orders. If you have a rush order (need it within 24 hours), please call us directly at (575) 763-4744 so we can check our schedule in alignment with your custom order request.
Is payment required before the order is made?
Yes, all custom orders must be pre-paid to confirm the order. To secure your custom order, pre-payment will be processed over the phone and you can pick up your order on the specified date.
How will I know when my order is confirmed?
A team member at Daylight Donuts will price your custom order over the phone, so you can complete pre-payment to confirm your order. Upon payment completion, your order is confirmed and will be ready for pickup at the specified time determined upon placing your order.
What can I expect upon picking up my custom order?
When you arrive at Daylight Donuts to pick up your custom order, simply tell the Daylight Donuts team member working the counter that you’re here for your pick-up. It will be ready for you so you can just run in, grab your order, and go!
